Sandra and her team dealt with the sale of my mother’s house, I was kept informed throughout the process. Unfortunately the solicitor acting on behalf of the buyer was not as professional as Sandra and her team, and as a result a number of issues took longer to complete than necessary, at times Sandra was required to advise the other solicitor. The sale only took place on the agreed date due to Sandra’s forward thinking and planning . I fully recommend Sandra and the team at howell jones solicitors

My mother was working with Howell Jones as conveyancing solicitors for the sale of her property. Sadly she died midway through the sale, and we did not hesitate to stick with Howell Jones for the executor sale.
