We have had an excellent experience working with Pamela Clemo for a licence to amend our lease (during a loft conversion project/leasehold maisonette). Pam was friendly, very quick to reply over email & phone and she has a great eye for detail. We hugely appreciated her transparency and openness and are very glad that we chose to use her as our lawyer. We would highly recommend Pam and would definitely choose her again ourselves!

We found this firm via Google and went with them as they were close to where we lived. Pamela and her team helped my wife and I with a probate property purchase. Having had to deal with boiler room tactics from the sellers’ larger firm of solicitors including a very uncooperative seller. Pamela herself is extremely accomplished and looked at our transaction from varying viewpoints. Always put our best interests first and provided us with extremely good advice which resulted in us completing a favourable sale. She and her team were ALWAYS reachable which alleviated a lot of stress for us. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will most certainly be using them again.

Fantastic experience! If you are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced lawyer who would take care of your case as her own, be accessible for you when you need her and respond at any time, whenever required, Pamela is your sure bet. She is honest and straightforward, no blah blah blah and massive bills at the end, no need for calls to remind or chase anything, from day one she was on the case doing all that was required on time and brought all issues to their logical conclusion.
I will definitely ask her for assistance with my next purchase.

Ignore the 1 bad reviews which I was shocked to read and was petty. In terms of workmanship, pam and her team are amazing. Always available, picks up calls and answers emails. Very very knowledgeable and I am so glad I was referred to her.
