Absolutely terrible solicitors and the worst 'professional' experience I've had in my life. Rude, slow and utterly incapable. Ended up costing us thousands and thousands due to unnecessary delays. Beggars belief that they are still in business. The 5 star reviews must be fake. Avoid at all costs.

Here you deal with the actual solicitor throughout not always my experience. Paul is very competent and transparent.The sale of my house was completed faster than expected, without any unnecessary paperwork, jargon and with clear communication.

I used Steve earlier in the year for the extension of the lease on my late mother’s flat. The process was not straightforward, as there was a difficult landlord and some historic issues that needed to be resolved before the lease could be extended. Steve managed the whole process very professionally, clearly explaining each step and always keeping my best interests in mind. The lease was resolved amicably, and everyone involved was happy with the outcome I would recommend Steve and when needed will be using him again.
