Abbie Hook helped my mother with her will and letter of wishes.
I cannot fault the team, they were professional polite and really helpful.
I have seen comments about them being expensive and although they are not the cheapest they were by far the best in level of service and patience with an elderly lady.
I would highly recommend them.

Our house burnt down 6 years ago, we needed help and some good friends of ours recommended us to CRS. 6 years later and over £80,000 and they still have not brought this to a close. My husband is still up at 1.30am explaining our case.

Unprofessional staff. Dealt with junior solicitor Rory who pretended to want mediation in order to waste court time and bill his client extra money. Showed up to mediation and Rory said they were never interested in mediation, yet Rory literally requested it in his filed defence, which is why there was a mediation session for me to attend. Absolute jokers and time wasters. A great firm to waste your money and get no results 👍

By far, the worst legal experience ever. We have waited nearly one year for a license to alter. Slow, poor communication and expensive rates. If you care about your time and property, stay away from this firm.
