I can't think of a way in which Theresa could have provided a better service.
The so called solicitors used by the guy we were buying from were absolutely useless, as were the Land Registry. Nevertheless, Theresa kept things moving and we ended up with an in time completion.

We had a few issues trying to get our sale over the line, a seller causing delays and issues for no reason, a restrictive covenant no one knew about, a mortgage offer of 3 months instead of the usual 6, no end of what seemed like problems and it was all very stressful.
Theresa went over and beyond, even working during her time off, to make sure it all went smoothly and every hurdle was overcome. Was really pleased and would absolutely recommend.
