Absolute disaster of a company - I get that they are working on behalf of their clients/a debt they purchased but to completely ignore calls, letters and contact attempts from my nominated debt advisors is hardly useful. They just harass with calls, threats and letters but never deign to respond to the people they're threatening.

Received a debt recovery letter for a person who is fraudulently using my address to register cars and rack up parking fines. Credit style told me they wouldn't take any information from me to pass to their client as that would be fraudulent. As a 54 year old who had worked in debt recovery myself since I was 18 I've never heard so much rubbish.

Was contacted by this company despite being in credit when I closed my energy account. I was assured my details were taken off the case, however was left a voicemail a couple of hours later asking to ring back as ‘a matter of urgency’. I rang back and they apparently had no record of the call and the (incredibly rude) lad tried to gaslight me that I had never been contacted. Complete breach of data protection laws and I feel sorry for anyone vulnerable who is contacted by this company.

Just like everyone else, I received a letter saying I owe £160 to British Gas, absolute scam! I closed my account with them years ago and they actually gave me a refund back then. Letter from these idiots say this is the final warning after I ignored their previous letters, needless to say I never received anything. Please people DO NOT PAY ANYTHING!!

I've had a letter from this company two weeks ago they are unable to produce evidence that i owe money has anyone else had the same experience I asked them to prove me. then he didn't prove me any information fake company don't trust them please avoid it?
