From my experience with this company do not use at all if you want a decent outcome believe me

I deal with many solicitors through my job as an estate agent , and there really are only a handful that I come across and would either use myself or recommend- this is one of them!

Adrian has always been professional and clear in his communication. He is gentle and empathetic and highly skilled.

I can only imagine that the solicitor dealing with the person who left a 1 star review has left this firm, because I recently contacted them off the back of an excellent recommendation by my friend who instructed them in the recent sale of his house. He and I both separately found this firm to be knowledgeable, empathetic (not always easy to find in a law firm!) and very fair with their rates; they didn't bill my friend for any unnecessary time, were prompt and efficient and were even ready 2 weeks ahead of his buyer! I didn't get as far as instructing as I regretfully decided to pull out of the offer I had had accepted on a flat due to the impending market crash (today is 1 July 2020) but I spoke at length with Pauline, who patiently took quite some time to set out my options very clearly, which I really needed to hear as I was struggling to make a decision. Despite that, she didn't charge me for her time or advice and as a result I have recommended her to another friend looking to sell, and Adrian Stables will be the first solicitors I contact once I get back to my search in the next few months. Very impressed overall with the service.

Personally wouldn't recommend at all. Rubbish communication throughout, doesn't translate technical terms so that they are easy for people aren't solicitors to understand and doesn't answer questions asked.

All in all wasted my time, money and i feel cost me to lose out on purchasing the property in question
