I have used Clarkes for nearly a decade and they have always been outstanding. But on my most recent experience with them I have been extremely disappointed. I was given a solicitor called Lisa Blair who had dealt with an eviction for me. Through the whole process I felt uncomfortable with her and that I was an inconvenience at every point. It came across to me like it was all about money and nothing else. I was unable to build any sort of relationship and it made me feel very uncomfortable and not in safe hands. Even on the day of court, on our brief conversation she wasn’t even aware of vital information which could of helped us in the court room, luckily the defendant didn’t turn up and we were granted the eviction. Right at the end of this nightmare of removing the tenant after already paying nearly £4,000 to evict this tenant, I was further charged for things like her replying to simple emails, as if I hadn’t already payed enough. It was absolutely shocking and will never be using them again.

Sold house and purchased another. Eirandeep managed both. His service was excellent. He was always available to help with anything and very friendly and professional. We were very impressed and would definitely use Clarkes again

Brilliant service from Rose and the team at Clarkes Wellington, dealing with awkward buyers, even more awkward conveyancers from our buyers and a country wide lockdown to boot! They went above and beyond helping us get the result we wanted with regards to our sale and purchase and we are very happy in our new home! Thanks guys!
