Spoke to a woman at the reception called Lucy, she quickly and efficiently got me to the right person with brilliant customer service.

I stopped my car in Hatchers solicitors car park to ask for directions from a pedestrian at approximately midnight (well outside their opening hours). Their signage was poorly lit and not visible to me at all. A few days later I received a £100 fine from them in the post. Upon contacting Hatchers to explain the situation and my honest mistake, they were initially very helpful and told me the fine would be removed. The phone was then passed onto somebody who very rudely told me that they would not be removing the fine. Not very christmassy

This would be a Zero Star rating if I could! Diabolical unprofessional service with no commitment to their own client. So incompetent it was unbelievable. Hatchers Solicitors are just out to make Money to line their own pockets. They dragged out my case for 3 years, I provided them with hard factual evidence being a legal document yet they didn't use it saying they'd use this evidence at a later date! I sacked them off and engaged a top Barrister who got my case finalised and settled within six weeks and a very successful outcome for me with full settlement. Steer clear!

Sarah did the most amazing job on our conveyancing when we sold and bought a house. She was always totally organised, completely on top of where we were in the process and totally efficient. She responded to emails incredibly promptly and was always easy to deal with. I can't recommend her highly enough
