Have used this company three times. First time for a house sale and purchase and service was OK. Second time for advice on daughter's divorce. Paid £360 for a 30 min chat that was totally useless and unhelpful. Final and last time was for another house sale and purchase and experienced a mixture of carelessness and incompetence - wrong documents, wrong cost figures, wrong insurance policy sold etc etc.. Never again . Avoid

Refused to do the courtesy of certifying an official document, not even for a small fee, because "you are not an existing client of our firm."

A bit of an indictment on Lanyon Bowdler, who must only want the most lucrative jobs, like their "specialist representation" following the Ockenden Review, and where there's a bottomless pit of money to be paid from the public purse.
