Went through them for my first home and they were excellent!
This time i was selling my home and they made it so straight forward and easy for me! If I ever had any questions it was never a problem!
I thought selling and buying a house would make it so much more confusing and complicated but Gareth Jones made it so simple for me and helped me understand how it all works! 100% reccomend. Thanks again!!

A long story short. Andrew Morgan was brilliant at getting our inheritance back after money was stolen from my late uncles account after his passing (I was a Tracing Direct customer) He went above and beyond chasing Santander and the matter was eventually resolved with Santander refunding all the money back into my late uncles estate - plus compensation for their negligence. Also the bill from Dilwyns was half what I was expecting! Highly recommended. Thank you Andrew Morgan.

Amazing! I cannot fault then at all! I was nervous as I was buying my first home but Dilwyns solicitors gave me so much help and confidents that it was all going to be okay! My understanding that moving house can take time? It took less than 2 months from when I put the offer in! Special mention to Gareth Jones who was so proffesional and understand of the lack of knowledge I had lol! He made it so much easier for me and I cannot be more grateful! Would recommend to anyone!

Dilwyns have very patiently persevered with handling all aspects of my divorce. It has been a long process with both Gareth and Sam representing me in court in addition to dealing with the usual issues.
