Amber Rothwell and Blake Morgan will absolutely not work in your best interest. They only care about overcharging FTB and taking advantage of your inexperience to slap you with a hefty bill. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Disgraceful.

Inordinately strange conversation with a young lady who discussed her cost (£2,500-£3,000) before learning any details about my case at all - in all honesty, how could she know how much time she was going to spend reading through my paperwork? She quoted ten hours' work for reading 3 deeds and two pages of A4 and looking at some maps. I'm rather relieved that she didn't take on my case to be frank because I would be worried that if it takes so long to understand, how much longer would it take to be effective?
