Save your money and go elsewhere. Wasted two years with these guys - very little progress. Endless circulation of letters and emails, nothing of substance.
Eventually sacked them and transferred the case elsewhere.

I can only comment on the reception staff who seem fine, it is seemingly impossible to get to speak to anyone else. Phone messages are ignored, emails are unacknowledged.

My experience of this company is poor. I found there customer service appalling, rarely did they have work ready for court deadliness which I feel the judge viewed dimly on when we got to court. I had to chase constantly to get a response with the poorest of excuses when I did get a response.
They are most certainly are not a company I would recommend.
