We had an emergency landlord and tenant dispute which we referred to Paul Mitchell. We would consider the service as outstanding. Paul listened, asked questions for clarification, understood the issues and provided "real world" practical advice which resolved the issue - all in under 3 hours! When we received his invoice, it was exceptional value for money. Paul makes one feel very supported and cared for with his calm demeanour. We have used Paul in the past and will continue to do so in the future!

I wish I'd read the reviews online before appointing Mitchell Wilde to handle a case for us as they've really wasted our time and money the last 6 months. I first visited in March when I handed a case filled with evidence and paperwork that I was told was strong and sufficient. Every other week, I'm being asked for the same information I provided from the offset and we're still no further with the case. I've dealt with 3 people in the firm now, from a trainee (most polite) to the owner.
The owner Paul is extremely rude and none of their staff know any customer service, so I wouldn't suggest you ever question them on processes, paperwork or pricing as you'll get a snarky (if any) response. What a shame we had to go through all of this, we thought we'd found a local partner but I really want to protect other small businesses when I say, stay away.
