Please read the reviews before using this company and actually take the advice of many and do not use them (unlike me who used them after they were recommended by our estate agent).
I don't know if they have too many cases for the number of employees and are overworked or whether they are just rude and you are an inconvenience, it could genuinely be either one based on our experience. I could sit here and write for hours every single issue we had but I wasted enough time with them during the 6 month, no chain house sale involving only 3 parties, one of which was a first time buyer.
Do yourself a favour, and your buyer and seller, and do not use this company or their new business (name change).
