I recently sold a property in Northumberland and used TC Smith Solicitors. The legal process was painless and communication exemplary. I highly recommend and commend Rhiannon Murray who provided an exceptional service and even managed to arrange Completion whilst being out of the office!

I used TC Smith Solicitors for the conveyancing of 2 separate properties this year (2025). In both cases the process was very smooth, Carly was available to speak with when any issues arose, she was professional and friendly. Overall the process was as stress free as possible. In both cases we completed in under 8 weeks. I would highly recommend them.

So so impressed with this solicitors. Having had terrible experiences with other companies, it was so refreshing to deal with a company who were efficient and professional. Janice Thompson was our intermediary and her communication skills were impeccable. She actually updated us regularly with telephone calls and not emails which meant we were updated immediately of any progress. Such a rare quality with professional companies these days.

I used this firm 5yrs ago, would NOT recommend. I have an on going issue which no one can be bother to get back in contact with me. Extremely disappointed. It must be a berwick this, nothing gets fully resolved or no one bothers to get back in contact. Well I done with the chasing. I'm on my last nerve.

No I will not make further contact as I've contacted multiple times to get the issue with the step father sorted out by I never hear back from you or Sara. I shall continue to suffer whenever I bump into him and makes me ill and mh/wellbeing contue to be effected. I'm deeply disappointed.
I've been let down yet again.
