After waiting almost 6 weeks for searches to be reviewed for their client and still not getting a response I am seriously considering renting my property out rather than continuing with the sale so that I don't lose my dream house. Just been told that something is in dictation and can’t be sent today as there is no-one in to do and tgey rely on snail mail not the apps and tech modern, efficient conveyancers use. The conveyancer never seems to be at work. Not sure why it should take 6 weeks to report out on searches!

Appalling!! Nicola Peoples is constantly on holiday with no one covering her work. I’m just about to lose my purchase and sale because of the lack of response. I will be getting in touch with the Legal Ombudsman!

After being lied to and badly let down by previous Solicitor, l then turned to ADAMS HETHERINGTON in Ashington. I can honestly say that both Nicola Peoples and Tony Hetherington, dealt with my late Fiancé's Estate as to which was expected of them in their professional manner.
I cannot thank them enough! And would most definitely recommend them to anyone!
