I am currently the buyer of a property where Ms. Martin is acting as the seller’s solicitor. The memorandum of sale was issued on 19 May, but as of 22 June, we have not received any communication or documentation from her. As a result, we have been unable to proceed with even the initial steps, such as ordering searches. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend them if you are looking to sell your property efficiently.
