I cannot recommend Megan Scott and Rachel Lloyd at GloverPriests Solicitors highly enough.
They managed the sale of my father’s leasehold flat under what were, at times, very challenging and evolving circumstances. Over an extended period, there were multiple complexities to navigate, including the purchase of the freehold, changes in managing agents, and ongoing uncertainty around potential works. Despite all of this, Megan and Rachel remained calm, focused, and determined to see the transaction through to completion.
Their professionalism throughout was exceptional.
