I recently completed a house sale using DW after my property went on the market nearly a year before. I was unlucky enough to have 3 sales falls through before eventually selling, one of which was very last minute when we were meant to be exchanging and completing. Danielle Motley was our solicitor and she put in incredible time and effort during these stressful times. DW were also kind enough to offer a discounted rate due to sales falling through. Would recommend anyone to go with DW!

David helped me to retrieve the correct amount for my employment settlement after my employer accidentally made a mistake in their calculations. I must stress that the employer made a genuine error and there were no malicious actions, but without David's insight and attention to detail, I would have accepted a significantly lower amount.

Along with this, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I've not really been involved in any legal situations before and I had the impression it was going to be very formal. I was really chuffed with my experience and I felt that everything was under control. Even though the wait was scary, David kept in touch and everyone there made me feel comfortable enough to wait for the response.

We have started using DW Solicitors this year and have been impressed by their service. They did our Wills earlier in the year and that was a good experience. We have just used DW again for a property sale which Ryan handled for us and he did a great job completing the sale for us.
