HATTON SOLICITORS LIMITED

I cannot recommend this company, they still go by the name of Hatton Solicitors on the London Gazette.
They actively complete work for Manorial Counsel, and are still involved in the writing of letters to clients to confirm the sale of old feudal titles and they place a notice in the London Gazette.
Anyone using this company should be fully aware of their association with these questionable lordship title practices.

Avoid these solictors they lied and said they were divorce solictors, they made one phone call to my ex husband and a call to northampton court to ask how they apply for a divorce and charged me 48k.

After much stress and harrasement, demanding money from me (not due until dicorce final0 but hey didnt stop these demanding in full, by putting a chargeing order on my home and making me homeless or i give them the deeds to my house etc and rent off them, the matter went to court and i WON, even the magistate was so horrified she told them if they harrass me anymore she will make a complaint to OSS about them ask they are struck off.

I had already made complaint, 15 points and your disbarred from practising, i did complaint myself and got 13 points, because they couldnt understand my last complaint, i left it there as thought they deserved a second chance and i was in the middle of a breakdown cause dby them, however in hindsight had i been stronger i should have had these people barred from practising, the guy who wrote review above mothers will, i guarentee the family will never see a penny of her will these solictors are FRAUDS. As proven to be by OSS and Northampton court.

A few years ago my mother visited this solicitor to seek help in writing her will. She was at the time very ill and struggling to walk. Ian gave her a lift back to her car in Waitrose car park and then followed her home in his car to make sure she got there ok. After her death earlier this year we engaged them to complete the conveyancing on her house. Once again Ian was superb. I have used a number of solicitors over the years and I found Ian to be very approachable and very efficient in comparison. There were no hidden costs. We paid exactly what was quoted at the time of instruction. Ian clearly goes above and beyond for his clients.
