Leah took care of the conveyancing on our sale and purchase. Leah was very professional and courteous throughout. She managed our expectations and her communication was excellent. Highly incompetent my wife Naomi tried to instruct them over a week ago for a house purchase sent all paper work through Monday morning including Ltd paperwork she just informed me she didn’t realise I was a Ltd company shockingly bad attention from a solicitor must be asleep Sarah Moulton
I’m glad your too busy on your Ltd side because we have bought 3 houses this week lost revenue for you but I’m glad we found out how incompetent use are first

Having recently sold my house and bought a smaller one, I was very pleased with AWB Charlesworth Solicitors attention to detail. All the people with whom I dealt were pleasant, polite and helpful/useful. They seemed to understand the problems one feels one has, and kept me updated with whatever was or wasn’t happening, and answered any questions I had with patience.

Katie Miller was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Nothing was too much for her. She was always on hand for our many questions and very patient with us.
