Solicitors need to be available. Crombie Wilkinson appears to have taken “working from home” to mean they don’t need to talk to clients or see them. Given that AI can already do much of the work a paralegal does, I would suggest they need to understand client service or be closed down.

They worked extremely hard and with dogged determination to surmount all obstacles in their way in order to ensure that our completion date was met.
