The online portal login makes it super easy to locate any documents with none being lost in large email chains.

When asking questions about our transaction we would often receive responses within 10-15 minutes of our message.

You receive an email notification with a link to the portal everytime there is any update on the portal. Its great that you can see all of your documents and the correspondence between solicitors and never need to chase.

There is a local office in Norwich where you can post the legal contracts to or hand deliver to MJP. All other paperwork can be photographed or scanned and uploaded to the portal.

I had a very good experience with MJP! I've sold one property and purchased another - everything went smoothly, and the fee was lower than the competitors'. Almost all communication took place on their online portal (it isn't the prettiest and most functional, but does its job!), which is, for me personally, preferable over phone calls. The whole team was very responsive, helpful and understanding. Thank you!

MJP worked on our sale and purchase, and were excellent. The team were extremely fast to update us and get back to our questions. My experience with conveyancers has previously been poor, and MJP were just exceptional. Really fast, really thorough, and really helpful.

MJP's web portal is a little out of date and takes a minute to get used to, but even this is wildly better than their competitors' solution of sending emails that can get lost. Once you have the hang of the Web portal it's fine! And it's extremely helpful to have everything - including all correspondence received and records - all in one place.
