Rachael at KJL Solicitors was a breath of fresh air, after my last experience of a particularly unpleasant conveyancing solicitor at another unrelated company, who, 9 years on, I still vehemently despise.

By contrast, Rachael, and her colleague Eva-Mae could not have been more warm, personable, competent, proactive and helpful. There costs were competitive and service excelled.

Rachael handled the sale of a property for me. It was evident the whole way through that she was in control, ahead of the buyers side and indulgent of scripted messaging from the estate agent. I had good cause to laugh when Rachael very politely and professionally pointed out in response to one said enquiry that she had already given the required update the week prior, which the agent was copied in to.
