I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this firm. My experience resulted in a significant waste of time, particularly as the telephone number listed for the Southall office did not appear to connect to the relevant branch.

Despite raising what seemed to be a clear operational issue, I found the response from the solicitors at this office to be unhelpful, impolite, and dismissive.

For a professional legal firm, clear communication, accessibility, and respectful client service should be fundamental. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below the standard I would expect, and I hope the firm takes steps to review its processes so that other clients do not encounter similar issues.
