Not helping they keep saying same thing. Been 1 year / 3months it’s been now… this should be sorted now. Smith taking too long and petite out office all the time. Claim is on hold for long time this isn’t good service he may contact someone in the council further because I don’t see any help being done here. Didn’t want leave bad review but we have suffered enough as a family and it’s against the law to leave a family in mould:. I thought silver oak would take this more seriously and hopefully now get this compensation sorted soon what we owed back so hopefully I might be able to take this review down as it’s not fair on us eaither please put yourself in our shoes. So please get this sorted. It’s the same thing your telling me on phone. It’s getting all frustrating at this point. So please help us because it really feels like you’re not trying enough thankyou.

Lady petite whatever name keeps going out of office been over year and half now they keep making excuses and not getting sorted now I’m a frustrated husband as I’ve waited long enough. We have lost all our funiture in the past too due to the council. Personally the council owe us thousands. So yes I would like to claim some compensation back but it’s taking forever now to sort. How it’s looking gonna be next year or the year after because nothing getting sorted and my wife keeps getting told the same thing petite out the office or eaither this or that. I’m sure you can contact someone higher in that council. They are responsible for leaving a family this way and it’s really unacceptable it has not left us a good way smith and we need your help fast to finish this claim and get this sorted. You say you get back in touch but we don’t hear back probably not. Petite needs speed up things. It really taking forever to sort. Council need to notice their emails or their eaither ignoring what your saying so you need take it further or look further into the matter. I don’t want to cause a fuss but please help my wife out and I’ll take this review down as soon as possible. We all want this claim sorted and the money for leaving my family this way and impacted our health an the children. We are owed something back from the council so they need to owe you that compensation fee and they need to stop dragging it out or eaither take it to court if necessary no way this is still dragging out if they can sort it. Or eaither give Sinead ring back U can clearly see we fed up waiting. We know yous trying your best well it looks you are ..not a good look when she’s always out the office but like I said please speed this up this is taking forever. Thankyou. This claim needs to be resolved now. Don’t you think the council has long enough. You did say several months back to my wife if they don’t soon your take it further but you haven’t done nothing and keep saying your petite lady is out of office. To me this is not good so what’s gonna happen now is this gonna get sorted or what cause we have no hope as it’s taking forever ever or our claim is eaither being ignored and not taken seriously.
