I can't recommend Stephanie enough who helped me purchase my first house. She made what is known for being a typically stressful process, a stress free one. She was incredibly transparent about additional charges associated with a leasehold property, ensuring there were no surprises at the end. Her attention to detail was amazing and communication was great throughout. It was very rare that I had to follow up with her but the couple of times I did, I'd get an email within 5 minutes. From instruction to completion, it took exactly one day short of three months. Given the extra complexities of a leasehold sale, I am incredibly impressed with the speed and thoroughness of her work.
