Amy Hooper of Waterfords Solicitors Brentford is truely awesome. I highly recommend her. She is incredible. The facts of your case cannot be changed but she will mitigate and get the best outcome possible and even get minor charges thrown out. She is brilliant at negotiating the details of cases with the police and Courts. She goes the extra mile and will be there for you even on a Sunday night. I can truely say she is the best lawyer in the world, no exaggeration.

The solicitor were so rude and i feel like my solicitor was so dumb that he couldn’t even understand my case.I suggest never go with this law firm they will put you in a big trouble.

Shocking service from kabir & Gurnam do not answer calls or respond to text messages have been chasing a outstanding payment for over a year and they come out with the most hideous excuses, they are very unprofessional do not have a clue on how to operate a business and how to handle client money, stay away from this rogue company they will absolutely ruin your case and you will be left chasing them for months and will not respond to messages left with the receptionist either, shambles of a company! I I Will not stop here I will go through the complaints process and get the SRA involved.
Aron from the London branch who is also a senior partner has not helped in anyway i have left several messages for him to contact me and resolve this matter but he seems to be taking the matter very lightly. Goes to show the level of service this company offers its clients is zero all they are interested in is taking your money! Scam artists!

Stay Clear!!! This Law firm will throw you under the bus and they Work with the CPS & MET because they are really bad at their job so they sell their clients out and intentionally cause them to lose cases. You will receive no assistance with this firm and you will be at their mercy. They have a 3* star rating which shows you how terrible their services is. Rafia Naveed was my solicitor and she can’t help herself let alone help you, she looks tired and clueless, should have seen the defence statement she wrote for me, the writing was terrible and did not come across professional, obviously she was trying to throw my case under the bus. This firm works with the CPS & MET so be careful
