I've was using Angus long before it was IMS the David Lloyd days! I haven't needed a solicitor in 30 years. But Iain would be my first call for anything legal

I moved my case to IMS from another solicitor. The previous firm were slack, unhelpful and slow. My case was straightforward but they made it complicated and drew it out for years. I didn't realise how bad things were until IMS took my case on and looked through the paperwork from the previous firm (didn't take long!). They spent so long trying to build my already old case up from almost scratch, to ensure I got what I deserved. There were so many failures previously that I almost ended up with nothing after years of stress and frustration, but thanks to the team and their determination, going over and above constantly, I ended up winning my case. I wish I'd have gone with IMS first, not just with whoever the insurance assigned to me. They will push for you even when it's tough, you can be certain that they will get the best outcome. Cheers to IMS for being brave enough to take on my case and managing to get such an amazing outcome for me!

Shocking, the guy assigned to me told my missus a pack of lies. Apparently he was an expert in this certain field but knew absolutely nothing. Instead of a simple fine, due to his incompetence I nearly got jailed.
I rang him on his mobile number one day and he said he was busy on a prison visit.
I don't think so! I could hear a dog barking and a female voice asking "are you ready for your tea now love?".
Avoid at all costs.

I have used IMSLaw on a couple of occasions and on both of these have been treated as a valued customer. Originally I sought their advice as they were recommended to me by a friend. At the time I lived in Preston and had the choice of local solicitors but I engaged them a second time because of my first experience.
Their advice was spot on and their services exactly as described. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for legal advice and support that quite honestly I found second to none. I was kept well informed, my expectations were realistically set and they delivered exceeding them.
