They handled a very tricky compensation claim for me , and because of the time wasted by me taking appropriate action and consulting a solicitor, I made it very difficult for them to act on my behalf and take legal action.
However they took on my case on and got me a favourable settlement.
The service I received from Mark and Sharon was first class, and the communication from Mark and Sharon was excellent , I always knew what was happening, and any emails I sent were responded to very quickly. Thank you for all your effort and the excellent service received.

Unfortunately my dealings with this company are far from satisfactory, my assessment is they are only interested in how much money they can make and not in the customer, I would avoid if possible and use another company, or check online and see if you can do it your self and save money.

Others solicitors could learn a thing or two from this excellent company ! Jamie - you are a star - and the rest of your staff are lovely too. Communication is key and I have no complaints at all with how my case is being handled . A professional and friendly company that is a credit to the legal profession. Thank you .
