Terrible service when managing an estate. They have repeatedly dragged their feet even after probate was granted. This includes losing documents, and ignoring questions about the estate. In addition, to failing to keep the family updated, disclosing personal data in error to others, and failing to action requests to sell shares. Overall an awful experience for a grieving family.

Where do I start… thank you so much! Annemarie and Ceri were absolutely fantastic throughout our house purchase. They were always just a phone call away, no matter how small the issue, nothing was ever too much trouble.

They were incredibly thorough and made sure we were protected 100% at every stage. We always felt like we were in safe hands. They kept us updated throughout, which really helped ease the stress of what turned out to be a slow-moving purchase.

Despite the delays, they handled everything calmly and professionally… including some overly persistent estate agents! We’re so grateful for all their hard work, and the service was all at a very fair and competitive price.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else in future, thank you both so much!

Contacted this firm to assist with a Will. Details exchanged viaxacweb chat in order to arrange meeting. No follow up recieved.
A week later I telephoned and spoke with an lady at the office. Explained I would be in Liverpool on specific dates in order to schedule a meeting. Again promises received to arrange an appointment. Again, no follow up communications received.
Seeking alternative provider as this does note bode well.

Alex Graham was excellent. He was so helpful and professional in helping me draw up my will. The whole process was completed in a short space of time and signed off and witnessed to be held with Catherine Higgins Law. Very straightforward process. Highly recommend this company.

Alex Graham is an extremely polite and thorough professional. He answered all our questions carefully and thoughtfully. He returned calls and emails very promptly which, sadly, is not often the case these days. An excellent service.
