Awesome experience with Nikki - super professional, effective, and efficient. Great comms from start to finish and with every conversation I could tell she had reviewed my file in advance to remember pertinent details so that she could best advise me with all context in mind. Collaborative with OP but always on my side; thoughtful about what to push me to rationally let go of vs what is worth standing up against. Every update would come with her sound advice and counsel on top while respecting that decisions ultimately lie with me. Didn’t push to go to court (where she could’ve charged lots more in fees) but rather consistently tried to solve my case as efficiently as possible knowing that it’s an emotional drain beyond just the finances. She’s also a lovely person and enjoyable to speak/work with, which is not always a given. Divorce is never fun but very grateful to have had Nikki’s support and representation

Not taking medical negligence cases at the moment. Pretty pleased because the way the telephone call was handled was very unprofessional. The first lady friendly but the 2nd gave me doubts so I am pleased that I wont be working with this company.

My experience with Vardags was extremely disappointing and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult family situation. Communication was consistently poor, with long delays and little clarity about what was actually happening in my case. I frequently felt ignored rather than supported.

The service felt impersonal and transactional, with little sense that my situation was being handled with care or urgency. For a firm that positions itself as a premium family law practice, the level of attention and professionalism fell well below expectations.

Given the high fees, the lack of responsiveness and support was frankly unacceptable. I left feeling that my concerns were secondary and that value for money was extremely poor. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing this firm.

I cannot thank Vardags enough for their support during my family court case involving my son.
