I have had dealings with Stepien Lake for almost 4 years now. We speak with the solicitors on an almost daily basis and they have always been professional, punctual and polite in their dealings with us. They have always been easily contactable by both phone and email and have always

During a commercial property purchase, Stephien Lake were asked to make a review of a lease amendment, which takes very little time. They decided to charge an obscene amount as they knew there was no choice for the 3rd party involved by to pay it. However the worst part they took 7 weeks to do it, when it was a couple of hours of work.

They obviously do not care about the impact their lack of professionalism has on other people and are purely cash counting. Very poor firm, with a poor grasp of customer service.
