I would strongly caution anyone against using this firm, especially for cases involving local authorities. My experience with the fee-earner was one of deliberate obstruction and professional negligence. Despite providing clear, signed instructions at the outset, the firm repeatedly disregarded the core facts of the claim, appearing to actively favor the opposition's narrative over their own client's evidence.

Communication is non-existent; I have been left without formal service of critical documents while the firm failed to secure necessary court extensions, leaving my case procedurally exposed. They seem more interested in acting as gatekeepers for the other side than performing the duties they are being paid for. They have been a total hindrance to justice and have consistently undermined my legal position. Do not trust them to follow your signed instructions or protect your interests.

and just to confirm, i wrote in my statement to judge Greenage at the high court, that Allen Mullem should and must be referred to the (SRA) Solicitors Regulation Authority -(sra.org.uk), for strictly breaching and violating the SRA code of conduct.

The most rude, unkind, unprofessional solicitor I ever dealt with Mr ALAN MULLEM. Do not go for this firm as they take you in, help a bit and then backstab you. They work little hours like only mornings, do not act in your best interest by doing the least they possibly can to get the legal aid money and then chuck you out the cheapest and quickest way they can.

this firm was dealing with my matter in perfect way, my solicitor Mine Oguz was so professional, skilled, patient, organised, friendly, she actually offered me a lot of useful advices and i was extremely satisfied dealing with her and the matter ended up by wining the case. One of the most arrogant horrible solicitors I’ve ever dealt with, I was referred here via the domestic violence department at victims support to obtain a non molestation order,, when it came to legal aid, I was bombarded with phone calls and emails to send in bank statements he received his £25k but low behold as soon as the funding got accepted, I never heard a thing , I waited three weeks to find out what was happening even then I called only to be shouted at that it takes time and it’s at the courts, the only times I heard from him was when he called to demand bank statements, and now my ex partner has objected the order I was hounded on Friday to obtain more bank statements to apply for legal aid and I haven’t been given no info on court dates abs times all I know is that Thursday I have to be in court do I get represented? I don’t know? I haven’t heard nothing this firm takes advantage of the legal aid system and they don’t even tell u if it’s been accepted or not DO NOT USE THIS GO TO MALCOM AND CO
