I am very happy i chose baldwins solitors to act om my behalf they are efficient. friendly. polite. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good solicitor.

Rang them up to enquire about a will for my father and the lady that awnser the phone would not let me finish explaining my circumstances and kept on interrupting me, and insisted that my father who is in his 90's unable to hold anything (ie a telephone)with his hands and can barely talk, (very crocky) rang in person to make his will, which I explained was not an option and that we would be happy to pay whatever the cost for a solicitor to come to his home (10 minutes away) and she made me feel like I was a money grabbing son which I am not, as I was enquiring due to my father having asked me to do so. Bearing in mind we have just recently been told my poor dad has only a couple of months left to live. I feel so really sad by the way in which she spoke to me, as if I dont have enough to deal with now and the short time I have left with my father. So now I have to buy a DIY will kit and hope that is adequate for my poor dads last wishes.
