Very strange behaviour and attitude, called in for a quote regarding conveyancing only to be asked combative questions from the start! It really felt uncomfortable and like verbal Ku Fung, I could feel the resiment she had for me
after supplying my personal details, I had to ask the lady for her name twice before she belted out "Rosemarie" it will be on the quote.
I was informed a quote would be sent to my e mail address having waited two weeks and not received a quote I rang their office number 0116 2517171 to chase up the matter only to find it does not take calls!
The number is advertised on their leaflet and online.
Might be prudent to avoid Rosemarie especially if you value customer service, respect and value for money .
One star for showing the public your true personality.
