I just thought it would be a positive thing to fight for the injustice of having no gas for about 12 years upon other issues. They have 0 communication and expect for you to understand legal jargon even though you’re not a solicitor. They never explained any process to me so I would know what to do or expect and because they didn’t do their job or think my case was worthy of their time I got neglected. Because of the lack of advice which they claim I have to make all decisions myself I had no idea what to do or expect. My landlord came and fixed the issue before the surveyor came to make it look like there was never a problem after years of asking. Was told my claim wasn’t enough because it was off £20. The worst part is I tried to cancel this and they didn’t listen so the surveyor turned up at my house randomly and I was even more confused and realised the case was still open. In the end I was offered 6 weeks rent off and was told to take it because I had no evidence which I gave from the beginning. They didn’t listen or even tell me the evidence wasn’t enough so I could try to get more. Please just don't bother, between them and my landlord I don't know who backstabbed me more and did me more wrong. Some cases are just not valued enough for u to be a human being to them. I even told them this situation is making me depressed and causing anxiety because of all the confusion and I still didn’t hear anything from them apart from random emails here and there. It just was mental stress and headache some ppl think I should be grateful for what I received its the fact that it was all done in a sneaky underhanded way that was not honest.

Really happy from start to finish I was waiting absolutely ages for my repairs tk be done in my home and within 2 weeks off speaking to mjv solicitors they was all reveiwed and completed. Hasent been a quick turn around but worth the wait and happy with the out come thank you I appreciate your help.

I dealt with MJV Solicitors for almost a year on my house sale and purchase. There were many delays further down the chain. Natalie looked after me at first and was great. Closer to my move Jane willacey looked after me and did a fantastic job. She was efficient and communicative and made me feel at ease. This firm were recommended to me from my estate agents and I’m so glad they did. Great firm to work with. Highly recommended.

I messaged these and thought they be helpful , couldn't wait to get me to sign paperwork and ask for my ID , never got back in touch about anything after saying I had a case. Thank God I found a better more professional firm elsewhere who keep me informed, done surveys , listen to me and think that my case is worth fighting for I mean , I got a roof that's caused leaks damp mould , ruined some furniture , decoration in 2 rooms , a structure in the loft not good , yet this joke of a firm think I am not worthy of their help

I DID SEND PROOF WHAT YOU ASKED FOR !!!!! / on reading other reviews on other sites your lot have done exactly the same with other people as well as me , still anyone stupid enough to use you will find out how damn ignorant you are . At least I know who I have right now I will get the help I need , not a firm picky who they want to represent and out to get as much money as you can .
