We couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor. During a very stressful process, Lindsay was the only one who stuck to her word, kept us informed, and guided us calmly through every step. While the buyer’s solicitor was very difficult to deal with, ours made everything so much easier with her professionalism, honesty, and support. She made a huge difference, and we felt looked after the entire time. Highly recommend!

Lindsay was our conveyancer for both buying and selling. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Very thorough and responsive to any questions we had and always was very reassuring throughout the process. We have used Harold stock and co twice now over the year for moving and if we were to ever move again I would 100% return. 10/10 would recommend.

Really terrible service, they're extremely slow and seem to sit on information for ages. There is no speed or urgency about them at all, and we didn't even have a chain to contend with.
Perhaps the worst thing about them is that on the day of completion of sale, they called at 10am to say it had all been completed, told the estate agent the same and said to release the keys, then held onto the money until 5pm that day before paying it to us. This was after about 6 phone calls to chase the money up and being fobbed off every time. Shocking service.

Rachael at Harold Stock & Co was the solicitor for both selling my house and buying my new property. Throughout both processes, Rachael was available to give me good solid professional advice. She was always helpful, always professional. She was approachable and explained details to me which I didn’t understand.
