Absolutely appalling service. I called this firm with a query regarding employment law, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I didn’t even have the chance to mention the nature of my inquiry, I was immediately asked who the file handler was and then the phone was abruptly disconnected without any acknowledgment or assistance. This level of service is unacceptable and quite frankly disgusting. I would not recommend this firm if this is how they treat potential clients.

When chasing they follow up with the other side as requested. Pricing is reasonable. When visiting they have been obliging to make time to meet at a time convenient to us.
