I've used Connor Ross brown solicitors for over 12 years and they are an all round great firm who always do their best when representing me at court .

Naomi is an absolute asset to the firm! She 100% has the best interest of her clients at heart, straight talking, salt of the earth type! The Pre Naomi experience however was somewhat disappointing. No representation in magistrates or crown on occasions. This could of been down to the tail end of the covid pandemic, im not sure. But the last thing a defendant wants in crown court is the prosecution barrister advising you as to what the hearing is about! Since Naomi returned, it was the opposite. Calls/messages of support on court appearances even whilst she was on deserved annual leave! While Naomi remains with the firm I would absolutely return for any legal advice/matters.

Absolutely appalling. Nicola Connor acted without instruction from client, failed to respond and failed to keep to appointment to submit defence. When you call you get to speak to an under qualified receptionist with a poor attitude. Solicitors will linger around court trying to get cases once you sign your done for as you then have to request to the judge for a change of solicitor. Do not know their arms from their elbows. Richard then proceeded to come on the phone and lie despite Nicola sending me a letter with proof do not choose this solicitor as a defence.
