I would highly recommend using Worralls Solicitors. I would like to say a massive thank you to my solicitor Jessica - she was absoloultely fantastic helping me with my first house purchase. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the house purchase took longer than expected, however Jessica was extremely responsive and supported me through every step.

My dad has had multiple positive experiences with purchasing properties through Worralls, and so when it came to buying my first house it made sense to go through the same solicitors, and I was not disappointed. Katie was absolutely remarkable - email responses within minutes (if not seconds), I never once had to prompt her on any actions (every time I spoke to her she was waiting for correspondence from other parties), and she made everything so clear and uncomplicated for a first-time buyer with absolutely no knowledge of how it all works!

I honestly could not be happier with how it all went. I purchased the property at auction, and therefore had quite a tight deadline for completion (around 80 days), and Katie had us ready to complete 2 days early.
