Claim started in 2023! They don’t answer any of my calls and I’ve been asked to sign multiple documents. Still no pay out and no communication!!! Will never use again!!!

Absolute joke of a company. These people are scammers please do not sign anything with them or listen to what they say. They constantly harass you to sign things and then end up sending a bill of over 2 grand to your house and threaten to take you to court if you do not pay. Stay far away.
