BUKHARI & CO SOLICITORS LTD

I went in a few weeks ago and spoke to Sophie who was professional and listened properly. She had actually listened properly and responded in a manner that was professional and very helpful.
Last week I went in and spoke to a man I have not seen before. He didn't listen properly and just jumped to dismissive responses. When I asked about a question he didn't answer. He said we are not in noddyland you know! He was very rude and dismissive and panicky. He spoke jumbled so I couldn't even make out what he said properly. I gave up on him and left.
I went back today and wanted to see Sophie. It was the same man now on the counter so I don't even think he is a solicitor. Hes a delusional firm owner that doesn't want anyone's business can't listen to anyone properly and can't even give a proper answer!
Instantly he told me Mr Bukhari had said he couldn't take my case on! I had just come back by chance not by appointment pr a phone call as I wanted to speak to someone who actually knew what she was talking about.
I told him I had rung the other parties firm and they sent an email giving an extension. I showed him the email. He looked at it for a mere second and then looked up at the ceiling.
He didn't even want to read it and was very impatient as if he wanted to throw me out of the shop but was struggling stopping himself from just throwing me out.
He behaved like he was so busy and had to get away or like he was dying to go to the toilet and i was an annoyance to him.
I could clearly see he never listened and was totally a.dismissive fob off merchant so just left.
He made no attempt to listen or help properly. All he was doing was sitting at a table doing absolutely nothing! So i think he has mental issues or is just delusional thinking he has a psychic ability to know that all customers need to be thrown out.
I don't know why he is "" working"" here and think Mr Bukhari should have him making pakoras as a side business!!
At least some customers may gain some benefit from wasting time to visit the business!
This man was a total joke and owners may as well shut the door so people dont waste time walking in.
I don't know why this man is employed here he is totally deluded and off putting!
Maybe he is a volunteer (more likely) in which case he is the best way to screw your business into the ground.
He is a delusional liability and a disgrace to the profession! But the best way to go.out of business!
