Excellent professional service from start to finish. Mr. Hemant Kumar and the team at Optimal Solicitors handled my accident claim efficiently, kept me informed throughout the process, and achieved a successful outcome. I highly recommend their services.

I instructed Optimal Solicitors in relation to Employment Tribunal proceedings and remain deeply dissatisfied with the service I received.
On 22 November 2019, Matthew Moss sent a letter on my behalf identifying claims including both race discrimination and sexual misconduct. However, despite this initial position, I was later repeatedly advised to proceed on a much narrower basis and to pursue only the sexual misconduct aspect of the case.
I remain concerned that I was not provided with a clear explanation of the consequences of narrowing the claim, nor of the impact that this could have on the overall case. I was also concerned that an individual respondent was not pursued despite an ACAS Early Conciliation Certificate having been obtained, and that I was not provided with complete transparency regarding pleadings and documents filed in my name.
Most significantly, only days before the final Employment Tribunal hearing, I received an email stating that withdrawal of my claim had already been agreed with the respondent’s representatives. The proceedings were subsequently withdrawn and concluded without compensation.
Following the conclusion of the case, I experienced significant difficulties obtaining access to my file. Following Subject Access Requests and requests for file disclosure, I encountered issues relating to incomplete file transparency, missing documentation and correspondence referring to the matter as a "dead file". I remain concerned that I was not provided with a complete understanding of the pleadings filed in my name, the documents held on file, and the records relating to key strategic decisions affecting the outcome of the case.
I have since submitted a formal complaint to the Legal Ombudsman, raised concerns with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and prepared a detailed chronology supported by documentary evidence.
This post reflects my personal experience and opinion as a former client.

They do everything, mortgages, disputes and etc and dont specialise in some specific laws and we got result of it. Plenty of 1 star reviews mainly about overcharging or adding fees before completions.
My situation are different is about commercial landlord disrepairs case. I paid £500 deposit instructed what to do, Sana decided to do what she thinks is best and without my consent done whatever she want and then add extra balance on top of it.
They treating customers like they are silly and got absolute no knowledge about any laws and they are the ones who knows everything. Pathetic. Once this small claims court is done without them (even they ripped of £900 and done absolutely nothing) I will escalate this matter into Legal Ombudsman to look into case independantly.
Thanks, never again. (Dont both to reply, I dont need your excuses)

I was in touch with Optimal Solicitors before attending childcare mediation. The advice I received was on point — exactly what I needed — and it helped me feel much better prepared for the occasion.
The person I spoke with didn’t make my world better, but they helped me make it adequate for the situation. I’m very grateful for that.
If anyone finds themselves in a similar situation and is wondering whether to seek legal advice before mediation — do it. The prices are reasonable, but the peace of mind you gain is priceless and, in the end, may save you much more.

The most stressful and disappointing legal experience I have ever had.
I regret ever instructing Optimal Solicitors. What should have been a straightforward personal injury claim turned into months of delays, poor communication, unanswered emails, and a complete lack of progress.
In fact, in eight months they achieved absolutely nothing. Not a single step forward. Nothing. Zilch. I was left to chase them constantly, and still nothing moved.
Important evidence wasn’t followed up properly, information went missing, and I was left without clear answers or direction. I expected professionalism — what I received instead was confusion, silence and avoidable delay after delay.
My case handler, Shah Uddin, eventually stopped responding altogether, even after multiple formal requests. This left my claim completely stuck and caused significant stress, frustration and disruption to my life.
Because of the way my case has been handled, I am now preparing legal action against Optimal Solicitors to recover the losses and damage caused by their delay and non-responsiveness. No client should ever find themselves in this position.
This entire experience has been deeply upsetting, unnecessarily stressful and professionally unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this firm to think very carefully. My experience has been nothing short of exhausting, costly and damaging.
Do not touch these.
