Not very professional when dealing with the firm during employment tribunal proceedings.
- A pregnant woman will say to you alone when in the lift with her to not raise anything to a Judge again. What kind of values/morals going into child not even born?
- Not comply with case management and provide Statement of Issues.
- Not put the effort in to retrieve key evidence from their Client as rather it seemed winning a Case is more important than Justice.
- Pathetic threats about Costs on their Clients when requesting key evidence. Couldn't' get Basic admin right and including hundreds of pages not requested.
- Put bundles together in a manner to support their Client's case including not providing page numbering on Clients disputed bundles only.
