I used recovery assist after being hit by a car while on my motorcycle. Jayne dealt with my case and she did an excellent job. Communication was always fast and I knew what was going on and how long the next steps would take every step of the way.
I am very happy with the speed at which everything has been concluded.
I received vary fair compensation for my injury loss of earnings damage etc.
The proportion of my payout which went to legal fees is also very fair.
Overall I am very happy with the service provided and would use this company again.

Very unprofessional solicitors & service my claim has been ongoing since october , I'm constantly chasing up my claim to get fobbed off with more lies, claims handlers (robert) very rude if you get him I'd advise to ask for another claims handler . I have complained once already about this handler and still get greeted with a sigh and RUDE attitude when I call for an update he likes to belittle you when asking about YOUR claim when they are being paid to act on YOUR behalf, there is never a senior manager avaialble to talk too. I will not be using this company again and have complained to the obudsmen about the service given, I hope you read the reviews before using this company.
