STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM ! VERY POOR CONVEYANCER ! if I had zero star option , I would have given them !

PATHETIC SERVICE !!

POOR communication from start to finish ! Powe expertise . Horrible experience! Never responds to emails . Our case was dealt in very poor manner . Felt like a trainee solicitor was doing the conveyancing who doesn’t know the basics. Simple 3 months’s conveyance with no-chain took 6 months which you can imagine a trainee can also do ! Will never recommend to anyone !!!

Amazing service by Tim Hare! My purchase was ready in just over a week!! I completed in less than 4 weeks on both my sale and purchase files. Very happy and would recommend Tim to all. Latimer Lee also used a good system called Hoowla which provided regular updates.
