My brother attended a meeting on 17 February 2026 in relation to a boundary dispute. At that meeting, copies were taken of the documentation he provided, on the understanding that the practice would act on his behalf in this matter.

He was advised that the practice would make further contact to obtain the necessary information required to formally open a file. However, as at 17 April 2026—some 59 days after the initial meeting—no such contact had been made, nor had any meeting been arranged to verify his identity and credentials. During this period, my brother visited the practice on a number of occasions and also sent emails seeking an update.

Following an email I sent to the managing partner and the member of staff my brother had met, I received a response which included an apology and an offer to arrange a meeting to discuss acting for my brother.

In light of the delay and lack of communication, my brother has now lost confidence in the practice and has therefore declined that offer.

Fantastic Service, superb customer service and support. I would not use anywhere else now after dealing with the solicitors and all the other staff are so so friendly.

Had very bad encounter with Kara lane who dose not think of the best interest of the child. Backed me in to a corner and told me that she would get the child services involved I'm not a crack head I'm not a drug user and not a drinker and. Always give my child everything she.
