Always ready to answer queries or questions, I have never felt uncomfortable phoning to ask even the simplest thing . Very nice company and Clare and her team are delightful . Clare helped enormously with my Will and I am very happy to have found her .

I sold my house in Greenwich in circa 4 weeks (offer to completion) and bought a house in Hove in circa 3 weeks. This was, as you can imagine, very stressful and without the help of Steve Ellis would not have been possible. He kept a very calm head, gave me great advice, looked after me and of course got the deals done so thanks, hence 5 stars, would highly recommend!

I tried to get them to investigate a covenant for me. Spoke to someone on the phone who asked me to email which I did. After week I chased it up to be told they had passed it on and I could call and follow up if no-one got in touch. I did this and eventually I got a call back to say the person in question had been busy with work that is why they hadn't responded to my email for over a week. If it is this difficult to get them to communicate when I am a potential client how hard will it be to get answers when they have my money on account? I won't be using a company where I have to chase them just to get them to respond.
